Pay by credit card. (We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, JCB Card,and all orders charged with New Taiwan Dollar. To the currency exchange rateservice fees, and all other additional expense the bank issuing would charge tocustomers).
2. Delivery and Freight
We use International SF Express courier delivery, depends on your location. Thesystem will calculate the shipping costs automatically according to the totalweight of the order.

We delivery to all the countries that SF Express offered.
4. Shipping days
Please allow up to 3-7 days to process your order. (not including weekends orholidays). Once the order has been confirmed without following situation, suchas: out of stock, defected product, then the order will be shipped with atracking number. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due tothe customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.
5. Internationalduties and taxes
Orders shipped outside of the Taiwan may be subject to duties or VAT. Pleaseconsult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you willbe required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
- If you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise, simply contact our Customer Care team email@example.com to request a refund service within 14 days from the date you received your order. All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Underwear, swimwear, and remarked merchandise cannot be returned. Please note that we do not provide exchange service for any products, you may have to make a new purchase at our online store.
- The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of EQUALNEAR. Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the plain-me warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise by a traceable, insured delivery service as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of EQUALNEAR.
- All returned merchandise should be declared as a "Return of Taiwanese Merchandise" on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.
In case of disputes, EQUALNEAR reserves the right to make the final decisionand explain the regulations.
